Waze2win reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the platform, and continued use following such notice will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation & Security
To use waze2win's services, users are required to register a valid account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same user is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. waze2win reserves the right to verify user identity and request supporting documents for account verification purposes before any withdrawal is processed.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. waze2win is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by the user's own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using the waze2win platform, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. Users are prohibited from:
- Using any software, bots, or automated systems to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest activity in any game or bet.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using the platform.
- Transferring funds between accounts without following the procedures set out by the platform.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or compromises the integrity of the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice. waze2win reserves the right to withhold balances in terminated accounts where confirmed fraud is involved, pending the outcome of an investigation.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the waze2win platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported payment methods including Touch 'n Go, FPX, and bank transfer. waze2win does not accept foreign currencies directly, and all amounts will be displayed in MYR.
Deposit Terms
Successfully credited deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and account verification level. Any deposit made from an unauthorised or suspicious source will be investigated, and the associated balance may be frozen.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered under the same account holder's name. Processing times vary depending on the selected method and verification status. waze2win reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Liability Limit & Disclaimer
The waze2win platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform available and functioning at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or system failures.
Waze2win is not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, anticipated profits, or data.
Waze2win's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days prior to the claim being made. Users access this platform at their own risk.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Waze2win reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances without providing any compensation:
- Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
- Suspected or proven fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Failure to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
- Requests from authorised regulatory authorities.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified under the platform's internal policy.
